OUR NEW GENERATION DELIVERY METHOD
It's summer and we offer "buy 1, choose 1 for free" deal. Wait what? How can that be so cheap? We do things differently then others. Instead buying expensive sunglasses in store. We changed our delivery method. Our direct-to-consumer model cuts out expensive middle-men like distributors. Wholesalers, and retail store. That's how you get an irresistibly beautiful and high quality sunglasses.
QUESTIONS BECAUSE COVID-19
At the moment, our department store still has enough stock of sunglasses. All orders are neatly processed and shipped. However, we do not dare to say what the delivery time is. When the order goes out at our department store, we like many other companies, are dependent on logistics. These are parties such as postal couriers. It is up to them when they will send your order. That is why it is difficult to predict when you will receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot say questions about delivery time. Keep in mind delay of 1 - 2 weeks. Our apologise. We expect to email you back within 24 hours. Most of the time it is within one hour. Our representatives are available every day, also at the weekend.
When items are sold out, some of them will be restocked very quick, others are exclusive and it could therefore take some more time. We advise you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about restocks.

Yes, our shipping is free.
Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive an email with information about your order. In this mail you will find a track & trace code, with this code you can see where you package is at the moment by clicking this link: Track Your Order

We have some good news! Because we work with very close with our supplier, there is almost a zero chance that your order will have any additional fees added after you have paid for your item and it has been shipped. However, in the extremely rare chance (mostly with wholesale orders) that this may happen,

is not responsible for any duties or taxes added to your order in the destination country, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer. If there is any issue with this. Please just contact us, we might find a solution for you.
It is unfortunate if your package is damaged. Sometimes we have no access to our couriers. Again just contact us at email@example.com
and we will immediately resolve your issues.
RETURNS & REFUND
Our return guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. Keep in mind all orders placed during sale or discount are final and are therefore not possible to be returned. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Returns are accept on all items for any reason, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. Keep in mind all orders placed during sale or discount are final and are therefore not possible to be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.
You can cancel your order, but only if it hasn’t been processed yet. Then it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not able to change or cancel your order.

Don’t worry if an item is missing in your received order. To ensure you the most optimized shipping time possible, orders are occasionally shipped out separately to your doorstep.
Most of the payment methods are accepted by us: Apple Pay, Paypal, Master, Visa, Amex, IDEAL, Stripe, we also accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
Unfortunately we don’t accept Western Union or bank transfers.
